The Lancaster Hempfield Rotary Club has won awards for their giving to the Rotary Foundation
Recently the Rotary Foundation sent two awards to our club. For two years in a row, we have met 100% participation in donating to the Rotary Foundation! The Foundation has been awarded a five star rating by Charity Navigator, indicating they have exceedingly low expenses, with most of the donations going directly to charitable purposes. Our club was also honored to average $100 donation per member. Some of the Foundation's proceeds come back to the District to help fund service projects in our community, like the Storm Water Drain marker project our club carried out in 2020.
